After many months, the new bunk beds for the dormitory have arrived. All hands-on-deck to get them off the lorry and assembeled.
Many students live at the school or with relations because they live far away. Some struggle to buy food, clothes and stationery. We are always looking for sponsors. $12 / £10 per month.
Exams have been going ahead in August 2020 for vocational students. They have been working remotely, but now is exam time. Care is being taken to ensure social distancing

Having reviewed the feedback from the courses pre-lockdown we are now revising the structure. We see the need to have a course for almost all students that teaches them the basics, and an Advanced course for those who will follow a technical or science career. But first, the government has to give permission for schools

The students are keen to get back to school. They have on-line studies. The wifi can be better at the school than at home – and their friends are here too, so they come to school. Some are helping keep the grounds tidy. The government has announced that schools will start soon, everyone is waiting.

Everything looks clean and ready to go. But unfortunately there are 2 new cases of Covid-19 in Cambodia, so school may not yet start for a while. To those in North America and Europe, two new cases in a country would be a welcome number. In Cambodia, they are being careful.

Some on-line tuition has started. A few students can be seen at the school. They come to hand in assignments or to use the wifi. The results have been mixed, as many of them do not have internet at home and rely on their mobile phones, which obviously incurs expense. We have been helping some
